"The Summer I Turned Pretty" Book Review

Every summer, Belly and her family go and spend the whole summer at her mother's best friend's beach house with her and her two sons. For as long as she can remember, she has spent every summer with Conrad and Jeremiah and as long as she can remember, she has been in love with Conrad. But the boys had always seen her as an annoying little girl and nothing more. This is the summer that everything changes though.

This book was your typical summer YA read. It has fun summer stuff, heavy family drama, and lots of angst. I gave this book 4/5 stars. I have since tried to read the second book, but found the character of Belly too annoying and couldn't finish.
